Frozen and fresh items leave our warehouse in insulated boxes with gel packs. Pantry items ship next-day. Pick the zone closest to you below.

Returns
Unopened pantry items: return within 7 days for a full refund.
Fresh, frozen or perishable items: non-returnable for food safety. If something arrives damaged or off, email us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll refund or replace.
Wrong item delivered: we send the correct item next-day and arrange free pickup of the wrong one.
